Sensei Farms’ growing process is designed
with the environment in mind.
We live the spirit of aloha every day, growing clean, bountiful produce on the beautiful Hawaiian island of Lana’i. Our six solar-powered greenhouses on Lana’i, each 20,000 square feet, are nestled between dramatic coastal cliffs and crashing Pacific tides. Together these greenhouses can produce over a million pounds of produce per year. We aim to take our learnings from this pilot location around the world.
Our Wilton farm is located in Sacramento County, California just outside of the beautiful city of Sacramento. Our 20,000 square foot greenhouse leverages aquaponics technology to sustainably grow over 125,000 pounds of delicious, nutritious, organic lettuce 365 days per year using 100% recycled water. Sensei Farms’ leafy greens are grown just miles away from our retail partners, preserving peak freshness for upwards of three weeks.
