Step 1

In a large mixing bowl combine romaine lettuce, radish, cucumber, and Caesar dressing, and toss thoroughly to combine.

 

Step 2

Divide salad evenly in bowls or arrange on platter and garnish with wasabi peas and shaved pecorino. Serve immediately.
