Maple Syrup Dressing

Apple cider vinegar, sweet amber maple syrup, and salty Dijon mustard make for a fuss-free versatile vinaigrette great for the colder months.

Step 1

In a blender, food processor, or a mixing bowl, blend together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar. 


Step 2
With blender or food processor running (or by hand with a whisk) slowly drizzle in olive oil drop by drop and then continuously in a steady stream until emulsified.  


Step 3
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Will keep covered in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
