Ingredients
3 oz. Sensei Herbs (Basil, Thyme, Mint, Parsley, etc.)
1 Medium Shallot
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 t Lemon Juice
1 t Honey
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cayenne Pepper to Taste
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions:
Step 1
Wash and chop the herbs and shallot. Put in bowl with vinegar, lemon juice and honey. Whisk and slowly pour in olive oil.
Step 2
Chill in the fridge for up to 3 days. Shake bottle before serving.
