Growing for Hawaii
More than 85% of Hawaii’s food is imported, leaving the state's food system vulnerable to natural disasters and supply chain disruptions. We are on a mission to change that – to grow food locally indoors, for all the islands 365 days a year.
Roots in Lānaʻi
Lāna'i – the birthplace of Sensei Farms, our first greenhouses, and the concept that started it all.

Welcome to Lānaʻi
Our 2-acre flagship farm on the island of Lāna‘i consists of six solar-powered greenhouses. Lāna‘i is no stranger to agriculture: it was once the world's largest pineapple plantation. We are proud to continue Lāna‘i's agricultural legacy and call this island "home."
Higher Holistic Standards
When grown and harvested the right way, produce tastes the way it should – fresh, juicy, flavorful, and rich. Our Lāna‘i operation features a combination of hydroponic systems that deliver the right nutrients to plants, at the right time. Our team takes great care and pride in our process to deliver elevated flavor experiences and a noticeable difference you'll taste in our produce.
