Ingredients
- 5 ounces Romaine Lettuce, shredded
- 3-4 scallions, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated jalapeno (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine romaine lettuce and herbs in a large salad bowl.
Step 2
Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, then toss.

Add grated jalapeno, if using. Tip: pop the jalapeno in the freezer for a few hours to make grating easier.
