Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh Verlasso salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons Ohana Flavors Miso Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Ohana Flavors Shoyu Poke Sauce
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
- 1 head butter lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
Create a marinade by combining the miso and shoyu poke sauces.
Step 2
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and coat each fillet with the miso marinade. Marinate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Grill salmon fillets for 4 minutes per side.
Step 4
Place on a bed of lettuce, garnish with green onions and serve with a side of rice.
